Shipping Policy

DELIVERY 

In-stock items: 2-3 working days from order confirmation.

Out of stock: On/About 150 days from the order confirmation with down payment considering order size.

INSTALLATION

If the client wants the equipment (s) to be delivered in more than one location, there would be an additional charge, this must discuss prior to completing the delivery.

The place must be ready. If the place is not ready, additional charges are applied 20% from the total order amount (these charges apply for transportation, labor, and re-stocking).

The client shall be responsible for providing free and unhindered access to the facility in which the equipment is to be delivered and installed.

Delivery and installation included are based on the ground floor destination. Additional charges will be applied in case of disassembly for small doorways, stairs, elevators, etc.

Return & Exchange Policy

 CANCELLATION OF ORDER

IN STOCK ITEMS:

  • In the event of a request to return the purchased item, it shall be within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of the invoice, provided that;

  1. The products are in the same condition as when purchased

  2.  suitable for resale/display

  3. In their original packaging with all accessories

  4. The customer has not used the product in any way

  5. And the transportation cost shall be deducted according to the cost and delivery address.

  • The customer cannot return or exchange the products in the following cases:

  1. If they are for personal use or come into contact with the hand or skin.

  2. If the customer was aware of a defect or malfunction that already exists in the products at the time of purchase, and accepted it as is.

  3. If it is the last piece displayed in the store.

  4. If the customer misuses, damages, or incorrectly installs the products.

  5. If there are missing accessories or parts with or without a box.

  6. If the product has been modified by the customer or customized for the customer, it will not be returned or exchanged.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS (Not in Stock) or to be manufactured orders;

  • In case the client cancels the order (units not more than three) within a week of the order confirmation date, A cancellation charge of Fifteen percent (15%) of the quotation value will be paid by the client

  • In case the client cancels the order after arriving at the order (units not more than three), A cancellation charge of twenty percent (20%) of the quotation value will be paid by the client and must be paid within a week.

  • If the client cancels the entire order, the advance payment will not be refunded.

  • Under warranty part will be replaced once, if the same part is broken/damaged again will be charged.
